Location Choice Research Of Building Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zones In Asian Countries

Overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is horned and being a new mode of foreign investment under the condition that China’s foreign direct investment is strengthening and the amount of enterprises participating in international cooperation and competition is increasing, especially under the situation that the domestic market demands since the financial crisis has come into. It is an institutional arrangements backed by national government,and it is about some kind of bilateral economic and trade links between China and other countries.This article discribes the development status of China’s foreign economic and trade cooperation zones, analyzes its present situation and the main function, probes into the new overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in Asian countries in nearly eight years.On the foundation of China’s investment in Asia for nearly a decade, this article will select six suitable new countries as target countries to set up new overseas economic and trade cooperation zones through the statistical analysis. Then use the factor analysis method to judge the feasibility of the six countries, then will score and evaluate the investment environment of the six target countries through the establishment of the investment environment evaluation index system. According to the results of empirical analysis and evaluation, this paper will put forward the pattern of foreign trade and economic cooperation zones in the six countries. In addition, for our country’s existing overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in the process of development is insufficient, this paper will put forward the problems that should be paid attention to to establish new overseas economic and trade cooperation zone in Asia and promote the sustainable development advice of foreign economic and trade cooperation zones.
