Performance evaluation has always been an important part of the enterprise.The scientific evaluation of the performance of the enterprise can not only make the investors understand the business situation of the enterprise,but also provide the decision basis for the managers and the effective information support for the stakeholders.With the development of modern economy,the performance evaluation method based on traditional financial indicators is hard to meet the needs of modern enterprise management.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation method,the traditional evaluation method has the disadvantages of lagging and singleness.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation method,the enterprise must continue to learn advanced management knowledge and performance evaluation means,and choose a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation tool.In many advanced performance evaluation tools,the balanced scorecard can effectively solve the above problems,and use financial indicators and non-financial indicators to make a comprehensive analysis of the related factors,so as to effectively evaluate the business performance of the enterprise.In this paper,through the study of domestic and foreign literature,the related theories are summed up and combined with the use of case study,literature research,questionnaire and interview,the current status of W company performance rating is analyzed,and the existing problems are pointed out.Based on this,this paper proposes a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system to improve or make up for the deficiency of its existing performance evaluation system.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,research contents and innovations.The second chapter is the literature review,mainly summarizing and summarizing the relevant research status at home and abroad.The third chapter is about the background and current situation of W company,and introduces the introduction and analysis of the W company.Thefourth chapter is the W company's performance analysis,and based on the Balanced Scorecard to build the performance evaluation system.The fifth chapter is the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of W company.The sixth chapter makes a summary and Prospect of the evaluation.
