Since the 21st century,economic globalization has gradually become an important trend in the development of global economy and trade.With the development of information technology,more and more enterprises have extended their business to all parts of the world and set up branches in overseas,promoting the development and growth of transnational corporations.With the development of China's reform and opening-up,many large-scale construction enterprises in China began to operate across the border,actively expand overseas markets and seek for overseas markets and resources.In 2018,seven Chinese construction companies ranked among the world's top 500,continuing to rank among the top six in engineering and construction,and further widening the gap with other construction companies.However,there are many problems among construction industry,such as rough management,low standard management,Information asymmetry,etc.,which bring about the risk of increasing management cost.In this context,the financial sharing of the enterprise management model for the construction enterprises to solve the current predicament is particularly necessary.In the 1980s,the Ford Company in the United States first used this method in business management,and then began to gradually spread it around the world.In the last decade or so,it has also been introduced into China from abroad.Some large-scale enterprises in our country have started to set up financial sharing centers.As a new organizational management model,financial sharing helps the group to strengthen internal control,reduce management costs and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.According to the Financial Research Report of National Enterprise of Beijing National Accounting Institute,the construction of domestic financial sharing center has already entered a relatively rapid development stage.With the direction of future national policy and the urgent requirement of financial transformation,more and more enterprises will join in the construction of financial sharing center.However,compared with many overseas countries,China's theoretical research on the financial sharing center has started slowly,especially the focus of this paper:construction enterprises,has not yet formed a complete set of theoretical analysis program.There is even less research on how to apply the financial sharing center theory.With the deepening of economic globalization,the acceleration of capital flows and the increasingly fine division of Labor,the environment of the construction industry is also changing.Historically formed decentralized financial management can not adapt to the financial management needs of enterprise groups.Then,how to strengthen the financial control of the headquarters of the construction enterprise group over domestic and foreign companies and engineering projects,effectively reduce the financial management cost of the enterprise,and realize standardized financial operation process,has become an important issue large construction enterprises are faced.An urgent financial reform is quietly carried out.Therefore,the construction of financial sharing center in the construction industry is particularly necessary.This paper systematically reviews the relevant development paths of the Financial Sharing Service Center,and collates the academic research achievements of the Financial Sharing Service Center at home and abroad.This paper briefly summarizes and analyzes the elements and framework of the construction of the financial sharing service center,and hopes to make contributions to the related theories of the financial sharing service center.Because of the late introduction of the concept of financial sharing in China,there are obvious differences between China and foreign countries.At present,China's financial sharing service is still at a stage of exploration and development,there are many problems in establishing financial sharing service centers,and some companies are blind and radical when establishing their own financial sharing service centers.That didn't work out so well.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction industry,this paper discusses the applicability and feasibility of financial sharing among enterprises within the industry,and verifies it with the case of Z company.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(?)Through the establishment of the Financial Sharing Service Center,the number of financial staff of company Z will be streamlined and the financial organizational structure will be optimized.By constructing the organizational structure of the financial sharing center,the original financial operation mode of company Z will be broken,and a separate sharing center is set up to co-ordinate creditor's rights and debts,funds,fixed assets,inventory and general ledger statements,etc.It is beneficial to strengthen the internal risk control of the group.(?)From the point of view of business process reengineering and organizational business optimization,the financial sharing centre is designed relating to the interaction of information between the operations and finance of the centre.The process reengineering can fulfill the responsibility and obligation of the department and point out the key control points in the process of business process reengineering,which can make every link coordinate in the actual running time.As a result,the process of operation process is compact,the degree of transparency is enhanced,and the business process is more standardized.(?)Company Z,which is in the initial stage of establishing the financial sharing service center,the Financial Sharing Service Center should be first positioned as the cost center of the enterprise,and then as the profit center;Finally,developing the cost investment center step by step,realizing the transformation from the basic mode to the market mode and then to the advanced market mode,which makes the level of Financial Sharing Service of Z company steadily promoted.As a result,the development direction can be realized.
