The Research On The Construction Of The Financial Sharing Service Center Of SG Group

In recent years,with the increasing trend of diversification of large groups at home and abroad,it has gradually emerged that the traditional financial model cannot support the interests of the group as a whole while developing.A series of problems such as high management cost,complex and redundant business process and low efficiency have also appeared in the internal financial department.FSSC,a new management mode,is an effective way to solve this problem,so it is widely used at home and abroad.This paper takes SG Group as the research object,SG Group's financial management status as the starting point,adopts field research method to sort out the Group's actual situation and business needs,and builds FSSC suitable for SG Group.Firstly,this paper sorts out the relevant research literature on FSSC at home and abroad,clarifies the research content and thinking of this paper,and expounds the concept of FSSC model and relevant theories such as economies of scale,business process reengineering and business integration.Secondly,starting from the current situation of SG Group,this paper analyzes the current situation of financial management related to the FSSC of SG group,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the construction of the FSSC of SG Group.Secondly,relevant theories of FSSC mode are applied to determine the group's personalized needs for FSSC mode through field research.SG Group FSSC is constructed from five aspects,including establishment goal,operation mode,business scope,specific content and implementation steps.Finally,combining with the FSSC,it proposes the necessary guarantee in the implementation process,including strengthening the enterprise culture management,strengthening the financial sharing performance management and ensuring the normal operation of the information system.
