| With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of the process of globalization,the economic structure has changed and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Under this background,the current financial management model of the enterprise has been unable to meet the needs of the globalization strategy,and financial transformation is imminent.Under the traditional model,business do not understand finance,and the company's growth is barbarous.The salesman may pursue sales due to the neglect of payment,the purchaser will shorten the credit to obtain discounts.This behavior seems to create profits for the company,but it may cause cash outflows and damage the sustainable development of the company.Also,due to the expansion of the company,the financial organization becomes increasingly large and the manpower cost continues to increase.Therefore,the FSSC based on business-finance integration has become the best choice for large-scale enterprise groups to achieve financial transformation.Through the FSSC,companies can reorganize processes and support business.This article based on the B enterprise,through literature research and case analysis,and describes its construction process in detail.According to the survey,the goal of the FSSC,based on the theory of business-finance integration,is to strengthen group management and reduce operating costs.Its construction process is mainly divided into planning of projects,adjustment of financial organization structure,business process design and the integration of information systems.The case study found that the establishment of FSSC helps company solve the problem of isolated information between business and financial systems,effectively integrates financial data,and finally achieves the sharing of resources.with the aid of B company's financial sharing service model,this article hopes to provide reference for other similar companies to help them achieve financial transformation. |
