With the continuous advancement of structural reforms on the supply side,China's industrial structure has been gradually optimized and upgraded.In the wave of economic globalization,domestic enterprises have sprung up,and many companies have developed from small or medium-sized enterprises to large enterprise groups and even to multinational corporations.With the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises,some "big enterprise diseases" have gradually become prominent,and the problems of redundant personnel,cumbersome business processes,high operating costs,low work efficiency,and poor internal communication have seriously restricted the development of enterprises.The traditional enterprise management model has been unable to provide strong support for enterprise development.Under such circumstances,Shared Service emerged as an emerging enterprise management model.The essence of Shared Service is to unify the treatment of the simple,repetitive and decentralized business by setting up a new business unit,to improve efficiency and reduce costs through economies of scale.The data shows that more and more enterprise have implemented Shared Service.As an important part of enterprise management,Financial Management directly affects the operating efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,Financial Shared Service,as the most common application mode of Shared Service,has become the bridgehead for the transformation and upgrading of large enterprise groups.Large enterprises such as ZTE in China have practiced Financial Shared Service one after another,and have realized significant value-added of corporate value through Financial Shared Service.Under the leadership of enterprise practice,the theoretical community has also paid extensive attention to Financial Shared Service.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research on Financial Shared Service in recent years.However,its research content mainly focuses on the concept and significance of Financial Shared Service.There are few researches on how to set up a Financial Shared Service Center,and howto solve the problems that building a Financial Shared Service Center will meet for different types of enterprises.In this context,it is of great and far-reaching significance to conduct field research on large enterprises that have implemented financial sharing,sum up their experience and gains,and provide targeted improvement suggestions.For other companies with similar scale and characteristics.Words also have very valuable reference value.This paper focuses on the large state-owned enterprise China Post Jilin Branch,combining the literature analysis method,case analysis method,field research method and interview method to conduct a full research and analysis on the Financial Shared Service.Firstly,this paper introduces the company profile of China Post Jilin Branch and the background of Financial Shared Service construction,indicating that the goal of its Financial Shared Service is to achieve “Centralized Accounting”,“Financial Business Integration” and “High-tech Finance”.Then systematically describe the current status of its Financial Shared Service Center,and put forward the problems in its current operation,that is,"Centralized Accounting" is not perfect,"Financial Business Integration" is not ideal,and "High-tech Finance" is difficult to implement.Then look at the essence through the appearance,and deeply analyze the reasons for the above problems.Then combined with the theoretical knowledge,the paper puts forward a targeted and feasible solution to the existing problems of the Financial Shared Service of China Post Jilin Branch.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text.First,it affirms the role of Financial Shared Service.As an advanced management model,it can effectively help enterprises improve efficiency,reduce costs,and achieve scale effects.Secondly,it proposes an outlook and hopes for Financial Shared Service.The theory can be continuously improved,and it is hoped that there will be more optimized designs of Financial Shared Service of different types of enterprises,which will provide reference for other enterprises.
