With the deepening of economic globalization and marketization,enterprises must pay more attention to the quality of decision-making if they want to take advantage in competition.With the explosive development of information technology,the financial functions of enterprises have changed to different degrees,and the financial management mode has also kept pace with the times,fully integrated with information technology.From the computerization era when computers first became popular,to the information system era with the further development of information technology,and to the current era of business and financial integration,enterprises have extended their financial tentacles to the front end of business,we hope to realize the goal of "business leads financial development and financial development supports business operation" through the integration of business and finance.Now,financial management and business management is no longer relatively independent,but with the help of information network platform,showing an increasingly obvious trend of integration."Business and financial integration" is a new term in the academic and business circles.Recently,it has gradually become the focus of the business and academic circles in China.Both the academic and business circles believe that the implementation of business and financial integration can not only enable enterprises to improve their value management capabilities,gain competitive advantages,and achieve the ultimate goal of becoming stronger and bigger,it can also give full play to the role of accounting in national governance and social supervision.The implementation of business and financial integration will not only affect the management of financial activities and work quality,but also affect the internal process of business activities.With the expansion of business scale and business scope,many large-scale enterprises begin to have the problems of organizational structure redundancy,business and financial separation,financial data lag,and low management efficiency.How to optimize the organization structure and operation process,guarantee the quality of accounting information and the timeliness of data transmission,and improve the efficiency of financial management has become an urgent problem to be solved.The business and financial integration model in solving the "big enterprise disease" has achieved significant results,in recent years began to receive the attention of large enterprise groups.At present,the research on the integration of business and finance is still at the initial stage.How to realize the integration of business and finance in enterprise practice is complex and comprehensive.Business and financial integration is a new direction of financial transformation,which is a collective behavior from the strategic level to the executive level.This paper combines the theory of organizational change and the theory of process reengineering to study the business and financial integration case of MN Group Company.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of business and financial integration,and combs the related literature on the necessity,connotation and advancing way of business and financial integration,this paper introduces the concept,characteristics and advancing ways of the integration of business and finance.Then,in the specific case of business and financial integration of MN Group Company,the basic situation of MN Group Company and the background of implementing business and financial integration are described in detail,this paper systematically probes into the construction contents,implementation situation and implementation effect of the business and financial integration of the group,points out the problems existing in the process of the business and financial integration,and analyzes the potential causes,in view of the question and the reason further puts forward the corresponding suggestion.With the change of the market situation,the management mode of the enterprise must be innovated,and the business and financial integration will become the new direction of the enterprise financial reform.The integration of business and finance is a long process,which needs to reflect on the problems and improve continuously.No doubt,the implementation of business and financial integration in MN Group Company has achieved remarkable results,not only improving the efficiency of financial operations,fund management capacity and Group data quality,to a certain extent,it also drives the financial personnel to change from accounting type to management type.However,MN Group Company still has some problems in the strategic goal of business and financial integration,the assistance of financial sharing platform and the cooperation of business and financial,and it is still a long way to go to fully realize the goal of business and financial integration,MN Group Company should further clarify the strategic goal of business and financial integration,improve the construction of financial sharing service platform,improve the organizational structure and process setup of the company,and strengthen the talent reserve related to business and financial integration,to continue the process of business and financial integration.This paper hopes to enrich the academic research of business and financial integration by studying the process of business and financial integration in MN Group Company,at the same time to other want to try or are trying to integrate business and finance to provide some reference.
