Under the background of economic globalization,multinational enterprises came into being.In order to support the strategy development and improve the financial ma nagement,the multinational enterprises innovated the mode of financial shared servic e with the help of high technology and information system.They changed the trade tional financial model,and built a new model of financial shared services.So far,more than half of top 500 global corporations have been or are trying to build SSC.The concept of financial shared services introduced lately to Asia,although it affe cteda lot of big businesses and used to guide.However,there are few domestic com panies build financial shared services.In practice,the enterprises confront with many difficulties due to scale,governance structure and so on.Thus,This paper research the financial shared services of express enterprises S.With the development of electronic commerce,Company S as a leader of the domestic courier companies,its business sc ale develop rapidly.In order to improve its level of financial management,support an d promote the business development,Company S establish a financial shared service center(FSSC)which is suitable for S company's industry characteristics and corporate culture is very important.This paper takes Company S as a case to disscuss the financial shared service model.This paper analyze the financial management difficulties that the Company S faced now,then combine with the related theory of financial shared service model and practical experience,to design the project of establishing Financial Shared Service C enter for Company S.The paper also discuss the problems may Company S faced up with and the coun ter measures.Firstly,the artical analyze the present situation of financial management of Company S is low efficiency,high cost,poor quality of accounting information and lack of support for business development and so on.Thus establishing FSSC is a necessary and feasibly way to improve the financial management status of Company S.Secondly,this paper design the framework of Company S's financial shared service,including the design of organizational structure,business processes,information syst ems,performance management model.finally,in the process of implementing the fin ancial shared mode,the problems like the shared service center location,training pers onnel and personnel transfer all need essential and reasonable plan.And we also need to issue the solution for the problem like organizational change,information system in tegration,personnel communication issues.This paper construct the framework of the mode of financial shared service for Comp any S,and draws the following conclusion:for those achieve business expansion by th e way of set up regional branch,establishing financial shared mode is a good way to s olve the difficulty of financial management;Different enterprises has specific key fac tors need to focus on,for S company,a perfect financial system,clearly positioning b etween sharing financial?strategic financial and business financial,communication management are the key factors;Finally,make a detailed research project,plan,is an i mportant prerequisite for successful establishment of FSSC.The purpose of this paper is to guide the Company S to establish and improve the financial shared service model,also the conclusions could serve as reference for other enterprises especially the express company.
