With the rapid development of China's social economy,the socialist culture has never been prosperous.The emergence of new media accelerates the media industry competition to a great extent,under such conditions,the television development needs you need to further tap the potential of employees,pay attention to employee performance,through this way we can achieve the organizational performance through the performance optimization and management to better tap the talent,talent training and retain talent.On this basis,this paper combines the relevant theories of performance appraisal,explores the performance appraisal methods of TV reporters,and takes Hangzhou TV financial reporter as an example to explore how to optimize the performance management of staff.In the course of the study,this paper through the application of a variety of research methods of literature review,case analysis,performance evaluation of the relevant theory analysis first clear,research on the domestic and foreign experts and scholars to carry out a full range of paper,combing the domestic and foreign relevant research results,based on the analysis of the characteristics of TV human resource management fully,then analyzes the current situation of Hangzhou TV station of human resources management and the existing problems.Then,combined with the actual work of Hangzhou TV financial reporter and the actual way of performance appraisal of Hangzhou TV station personnel to carry out research.In accordance with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the principle,analysis of financial journalists performance appraisal and performance evaluation index,using expert scoring and brainstorming method combining with factor analysis method to determine the weight of each index,so as to construct the Hangzhou TV reporter financial performance appraisal system,standard for evaluation and design performance appraisal,safeguard the evaluation model of the operation,the actual effect appraisal system implementation are expected.Finally,tracking the pilot program of financial columns in Hangzhou TV station to analyze the implementation process of the entire performance appraisal and the actual results of the assessment.Through the research of this topic to the analysis of the current television process of human resources management,the reality of performance appraisal,to understand problems of performance appraisal,finally design an effective performance appraisal system,to China's traditional media reporter at the grassroots level of performance appraisal and provide some reference.
