Along with the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human resourceis significant for the development of the media,especially for the television industry,the intelligence intensive industry.In recent years,with the continuous development of the industrialization of China's television media and the gradual reform of enterprise management,the television industry also gradually reduce the problem of low economic efficiency and low productivity which result from the original institution properties.At present,the television industry is promoting the commercial management mode.Although the televisionindustry already has the basic framework of the commercial management mode,the television industryis still struggling in the development process of building its competitiveness due to lacking of human resource.It is vital for development and survival of television industry to build a set of performance evaluation and incentive system which is objective,fair and scientific.For the development oftelevision media industry,performance evaluation and incentive system which complied with the development oftelevision media industry could only be established through scientific and effective evaluation methods and incentives,so as to fully arouse the working enthusiasm of the staffand realize the maximization of the economic and social benefits of television media.In this paper,H TV,the regional media reporters as the research object,after the objective analysis of H television reporter of performance appraisal and incentive problems,characteristics and the status quo based on modern media industry,the relevant institutions have characteristics and performance appraisal and motivation theory,put forward improving performance appraisal H TV reporters and incentive system.This paper firstly introduces the background,significance,research contents,methods and framework;secondly,reviews and combs the related theory of performance evaluation and incentive;and then,after the introduction of performance appraisal and incentive problems H television reporter pointed out that the current method of performance appraisal form and structure is not fair,performance the lack of scientific assessment,lack of material and spiritual incentive problems,and the causes of these problems;Then,the new performance assessment and incentive is formed;Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures during the implementation of the new performance appraisal and incentive and expected effect of the implementation of the new performance appraisal and incentive.This study focuses on analyzing of the problem of nonstandard part and in-scientific part concerning the existing journalist performance appraisal and incentive of HTV,in order to promote HTV to form more scientific and reasonable performance assessment and incentive system,meanwhile,it is practical and significance for the realization of the strategic goal of HTV and the personal development plan of the journalists.
