Research On The Application Of Creative Commons License Agreement In Institutional Repository

With the extensive and in-depth development of open access movement,the research on creative commons has become more and more important and urgent.As an important way of open access,the copyright problem related to the institutional repository can not be ignored,so it is necessary and important to study the application of creative commons in the institutional repository.Based on the analysis of the relevant concepts such as institutional repository and creative commons,this paper compares and analyzes the examples of the application of creative commons in the institutional repository of China and American,systematically discusses the influence of creative commons on the institutional repository,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the application of creative commons in institutional repository.
