With the growth of domestic economic,household cars become more and more popular.Driving has gradually become a way of life for people,then comes the problem of parking difficulty.The traditional manual parking lot has low efficiency and high cost.It has been difficult to meet the demand.Therefore,intelligent parking lot management has great economic and social benefits.This paper is based on the engineering background of intelligent design of parking lot integrated management system of Zhengzhou Quality Management Center.Through actual on-site investigation,on the basis of combing and integrating the daily management process of parking lot,Intelligent transformation target of parking lot is determined as intelligent license plate recognition system and intelligent parking guidance system.Based On this,the functional requirements of intelligent parking lot integrated management and Non-functional requirements system feasibility analysis system are completed.In this paper,the key technologies and corresponding algorithms of system implementation are discussed.Completed the overall framework design and main function module division of the intelligent parking lot integrated management system.The system adopts three-tier architecture(B/S architecture),dynamic tracking technology,shortest path algorithm based on heuristic A*algorithm and background database.It combining with the specific process sequence diagram,The system includes detailed design and implementation of functional parking lot entrance and exit control,intelligent license plate recognition,intelligent charging,intelligent parking guidance and system information management.Combining with the actual operation of the system,Intelligent parking lot management system is tested.This system effectively integrates parking resources,the dynamic,scientific and standardized management of parking vehicles has been realized.
