Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Intestinal Qi Stagnation Type Constipation With Liqi Tongfu Decoction

Purpose : This paper summarizes the clinical experience of professor Zhang Hongxi in the treatment of functional constipation,uses liqitongfu decoction to treat intestinal qi stagnation constipation and observes its curative effect under the strong support of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,hoping to provide a basis for future clinical promotion and expand new directions for the treatment of constipation.Material and method:1.In this study,60 patients with intestinal qi stagnation constipation who visited the outpatient department of anorectal hospital of Liaoning province from December2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients in each group using the principles of random,blind selection and control.2.The treatment group was treated with liqitongfu decoction orally,the formula was as follows: Jiegeng 20 g,chaihu 15 g,Ziyuan 15 g,Sheng Baizhu 20 g,Chenpi 15 g,Baishao 15 g,Zhishi 20 g,Chao Maiya 15 g,Muxiang 15 g,Gualou 15 g,Houpo 15 g,Roucongrong 20 g,Ganjiang 20 g,Niuxi 15 g,Laifuzi 15 g,Gancao 10 g.Take 100 ml each morning and evening.The control group was given Muxiang liqi tablets(Baoding Traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,batch number:national drug approval Z13021923)for oral treatment,2 times a day,6 tablets each time.Two groups of treatment are to 2 weeks for a period of treatment,2 treatments after the completion of the observation and record in the two groups of patients defecation frequency,defecation time,character of excrement and urine,defecate difficulty,abdominal pain full,bowel vector,belching frequency,eat less,angry or unhappy this nine symptoms score,and the two groups of patients before and after medication of hepatic function,renal function,blood coagulation function,monitoring,using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.During the experiment,30 patients were observed in each group without shedding.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and compared with the total effective rate of the control group 73.33%,P<0.05 showed a statistically significant difference.The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better.3.After the treatment,the seven symptom scores of defecation frequency,fecal characteristics,defecation difficulty,abdominal fullness and pain,belching frequency,reduced appetite,irritability and depression were compared between the treatment group and the control group,P<0.01.The two symptom scores of bowel movement time and intestinal qi,P<0.05,were more significant in the treatment group.4.After the course of treatment,the total symptom scores of the two groups were calculated by the rank-sum test,P<0.01,and the therapeutic effect was very significant in the treatment group.Conclusion:Liqitongfu decoction can effectively treat intestinal qi stagnation constipation,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the curative effect is better than the control group,good safety,improve the quality of life of patients at the same time,more easily accepted by the majority of patients.
