Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation Of Functional Constipation By Jieyu Tongbian Decoction

Objective:To investigate the JieyuTongbian Decoction in the treatment of clinical curative effect of liver qi stagnation type functional constipation and evaluate its effect in the treatment of patients with stagnation of liver Qi type functional constipation and constipation symptoms associated with anxiety,depression and other psychiatric conditions,provide a better way of treating for related disorders.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion of stagnation of liver Qi type functional constipation criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the observation group were given JieyuTongbian Decoction;30 cases in control group were given six kinds of Nengxiao capsule combined with Xiaoyao pill.The two groups were treated with a course of 3 weeks.The clinical symptoms of the patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: The symptoms of the treatment group the total effective rate was 96.67%,the total efficiency of the control group was 93.33% compared five significant difference(P>0.05),two groups of curative effect in the treatment of liver qi stagnation of functional constipation is.The treatment group can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and accompanied by anxiety,depression,mental state,and the control group was no significant difference(P>0.05),the two groups during the treatment were no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Laxative Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type functional constipation and associated mental disorders(anxiety and depression)have a good clinical effect,with clinical value and better promotion value.
