| Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Tongyou Decoction in Treating Senile Functional constipation.Methods: 60 cases of inclusion criteria of Senile Functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups with 30 patients in each group, the treatment group be Tongyou decoction, control group was treated with Forlax in the treatment. The course of treatment in the two groups were 4 weeks, observed after 4 weeks of treatment in the two groups before and after the total efficiency, main symptoms and safety index, and make an evaluation.Results: the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of 86.67% in the control group, the statistical processing of the overall effect of the two groups had significant difference(P < 0.05), suggesting that Jiawei Tongyou Decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type senile functional constipation overall effect is better than the control group. The two groups before and after treatment the total symptom score were statistically significant differences in P<0.001, suggesting that the two groups had obvious therapeutic effect. But in the treatment group and some of the symptoms of tongue and pulse were better than control group.Conclusion: modified Tongyou Decoction on Treating Senile Functional Constipation curative effect, worthy of use in clinical diagnosis. |
