Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on treatment of the chronic functional constipation of intestinal-qi-stagnation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery by Liqitongbian decoction. To explore its mechanism, provide a new method of treatment for clinical. Methods:The research lasted for eleven months from February to December,2016,totally got 60 patients from the first Affiliated h-ospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine met the i-nclusion criteria.By random assignment, they were divided into t-reatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.T-he third day after the operation, the treatment group received tradi-tional Chinese medicine liqitongbian decoction. The control grou-p patients were given simo decoction, before meals with warm wa ter.Took medicine after the visit two weeks later. And filled the f-orm of clinical observation, after the final treatment took compre-hensive review of symptoms and signs, statistied the defecation i-nterval index, feces properties index.Defecate index, abdominal s-welling index, dry mouth, bad breath. In the index form of clinica-1 observation, statistics and case evaluation of clinical efficacy a-nd safety evaluation. Finally, analysis of the collected data.Results:1.Before treatment, compared the gender, age, division of internal h-emorrhoids,external distribution, disease duration, defecation inte-rval index, the feces properties index, defecation index of the two groups got P>0.05,there were no significant differences and stat-istically signifi-cant between the two groups,comparable.2.Before and after treatment, the defecation interval index in each group, got both P<0.05,indicated Liqitongbian decoction and Si-mo decoction can both improve defecation interval index of the p-atients.After treatment, compared the two groups got P<0.05,therewas significant difference, indicated that Liqitongbian Decoction in improving defecation interval index was significantly better t-han the control group.3.Before and after treatment, feces properties index in each group, got both P<0.05,indicated Liqitongbian decoction and Simo deco-ction can both improve feces properties index of the patients.Af-ter treatment, compared the two groups got P<0.05,there was sign-ificant difference, indicated that Liqitongbian Decoction in impr-oving feces properties index was significantly better than the co-ntrol group.4.Before and after treatment, defecation index in each group, got both P<0.05,indicated Liqitongbian decoction and Simo decoctio-n can both improve defecation index of the patients. After treatm-ent,compared the two groups got P<0.05,there was significant dif-ference,indicated that Liqitongbian Decoction in improving defe-cation index was significantly better than the control group.5.The total effective rate of the treatment group with Liqitongbia-n decoction treatment was 93.33%.The control group of Simo d-ecoction treatment was 86.67%.By Ridit test,P<0.01,showed that the efficacy of the two groups were significant, with statistical si-gnificance,that Liqitongbian Decoction was superior to the contr-ol group of the curative effect.Conclusion:1.Liqitongbian Decoction and Simo decoction could both improve the defecation interval index, feces properties index, defecation index of the patients with chronic functional constipation of intestinal-qi-stagnation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery, and the curative effect of Liqitongbian decoction was better than simo-decoction.2.Liqitongbian decoction in the treatment of chronic functional constipation of intestinal-qi-stagnation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery had no obvious adverse reactions, was a safe and effective prescription.
