Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Self-made Shugan Lidan Decoction In The Treatment Of Cholelithiasis With Liver-stagnation And Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To study the effect of Shuganlidan Tang on patients cholelithiasis with syndromes of liver-Qi stagnation plasma cholecystokinin? size of stones? number of stones,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuganlidan Tang in the treatment of patients with syndromes of liver-Qi stagnation cholelithiasis.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic surgery in Hunan Provincial Central Hospital were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.The selected patients were divided into observation group and control group according to Doll's table,each group 40 cases.randomized,parallel controlled,balanced clinical trial design.The observation group and the control group were randomly assigned 40 cases in each group,both groups were treated with 4weeks as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was observed after 2courses of treatment.The observation group was treated with self-made Shuganlidan Tang and the control group with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules.and changes in clinical symptoms,plasma cholecystokinin levels,size and number of stones in control patients.clinical efficacy and changes of the two groups were compared,and all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical softwar.Results:1.plasma cholecystokinin:before treatment,there was no significant difference in plasma cholecystokinin between the two groups.After treatment,plasma cholecystokinin in the treatment group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,plasma cholecystokinin levels decreased more after treatmen.2.TCM syndrome score:there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment.The score of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group compared with the control group(P <0.05).3.Image science Adominal ultraound efficacy: The total effective rate of was 60.00% in the treatment group and 30.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuganlidan Tang can can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients cholelithiasis with syndromes of liver-Qi stagnation,To a certain extent,it can dissolve and empty stones,it can reduce plasma cholecystokinin,it is a safe and effective treatment with high safety,small side effects.
