| Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xiaolitang treating gynecomastia by clinical observation.Method:Choose gynecomastia with60cases which had been diagnosed in our outpatient department and randomly divided into two groups,30cases of each. The therapeutic group:the patients were treated with Xiao Li Tang for internal application.The controlled group:the patients were treated with Xiao Ru San Jie granule and You Gui Capsule.A month is for a period.Two groups of patients were treated with two months, and then compared their clinic curative effect.Result:(1)Clinical curative effect comparison:the total effective rate of the therapeutic group is93.3%,and the controlled group is73.3%.The Ridit analysis is that the treatment group is better than the controlled group (P<0.05)(2)The comparisons of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment:the comparison of the before and after treatment within two groups has significant difference.After treatment compared between two groups, there is significant difference too.It shows the treatment group is better than the controlled group.(3) The comparisons of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome accumulative scores before and after the treatment:total points within the two groups are significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). It shows the treatment group can be very good to improve clinical symptoms.Conclusion:(1)The therapeutic group is better than the controlled group on comprehensive effct and the effct of TCM syndrome.Xiao Li Tang has the effect of soothing liver-qi stagnation、promoting qi circulation and relieving pain、temperature for kidney yang and reducing phlegm and resolving masses,and has the remarkable curative effect to gynecomastia.(2)Xiao Li Tang has the significant curative effect and no obvious side-effct.It is suitable for linical promotion. |
