| Objective:Observation of the therapeutic effect of Shuganlidan decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis of hepatobiliary qi stagnation type, efficacy and safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine compound for preventing and curing chronic cholecystitis, to provide a new theoretical basis and practical basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic cholecystitis with TCM.Methods:The total income of chronic cholecystitis patients of hepatobiliary qi stagnation type is 60 cases, take random parallel control were randomly divided into test group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The experimental group was given Shuganlidan decoction in treating, Lidan tablets in the treatment was given to the control group, they were 4 weeks for a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment to observe the curative effect.Results:In the test group, 5 cases were cured, markedly effective in 14 cases, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%.In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%. After statistical analysis, the test group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Shuganlidan decoction can obviously improve the patients with chronic cholecystitis of hepatobiliary qi stagnation type in clinical symptoms, signs and gallbladder ultrasound performance and so on, it has the exact clinical curative effect, no significant side effects and adverse reactions, it is worth of clinical application. |
