| Objectives: to discuss the modified four to three inverse Jintang by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for depression and phlegm obstructiontype gallstone pathogenesis and therapeutic mechanism,analysis of the composition of the drug according to the clinical experience in the treatment of long-term summary,observe the row of paishirongshi results;And oxygen and medicine bear cholic acid(UDCA)compared lithagogue results and systemic symptoms to improve the situation,the Chinese medicine row of paishirongshi in order to reduce the probability of gallbladder surgery with stones,to avoid postoperative complications in patients with diet and other aspects of the problem,improve the quality of life of patients;providing treatment to clear the ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine gallstone the treatment.Methods:Collected 60 patients with depression and phlegm obstructiontype cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 patients,four with modified inverse Sanjin decoction;A control group of 30 patients was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid(ysov),a course of 1 months,a total of 3 courses of treatment,two groups of drugs to observe the improvement of stone discharge and systemic symptoms.The results were compared with the results of B-ultrasound before and after treatment.The improvement of symptoms was reflected by the changes of the symptom scores before and after the treatment.Results: the net rate of the test group was 56.67%,the net rate of the control group was 36.7%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).In the improvement of systemic symptoms,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.7%,and the recovery rate was 76.7%.The total effective rate in the control group was 63.3%,and the recovery rate was 16.7%.The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group,and the difference of the two was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: This study shows that modified four three Jintang for treatment of patients with adverse Qi Depression and phlegm obstruction type of cholecystolithiasis is significant,and can significantly improve the patient's general condition,achieve cure effect,reduce patient risk surgery,patients with preservation of gallbladder function,improve the quality of life in patients with overall health.Therefore,on the dialectical basis,adding four reverse three gold Decoction for the treatment of gallstone is an ideal clinical choice,which has high clinical practical value. |
