| ObjectiveTo observe and evaluate the effects of hot ironing of evodia rubia on pain,CRP concentration,symptom score and curative effect of TCM syndromes in patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation cholelithiasis,in order to provide a simple and effective TCM nursing intervention method for such patients,and provide basis for the popularization and application of hot ironing of evodia rubia.MethodThis study selected during November 2019 to June 2020 in fujian first-class ternary hospitals in general surgery of liver depression and qi stagnation type cholelith disease patients pain as the main research object,according to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to filter into the group of 70 patients,patients with qualified SPSS20.0statistical software is adopted to improve the random grouping,35 cases each.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and nursing according to routine nursing;On the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine and nursing plan of Traditional Chinese medicine,the experimental group was treated with hot ironing of evodia rutaiche.Hot ironing of evodia rutaecarbon used for injection of anisodamine hydrobromide,a spasmolytic drug(specification: 1ml:10mg;Manufacturer: Chengdu First Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,National drug approval number H51021970)10mg intramuscular injection 30 min before,each intervention time is 15-20 min,once a day,a total of 5 days of intervention.The changes of VAS,serum CRP concentration,symptom score,and TCM symptom efficacy before and after the intervention,1h,2h,24 h,48h and after the intervention were observed and recorded.Excel software was used to collect input data,and statistical software SPSS20.0was used for data processing and analysis.Results1 Comparative analysis of general data and indicators before interventionThe age,gender,marital status and educational level of the two groups were compared,and the results were all P >0.05,with no statistically significant difference.The comparison of family history,drinking history,smoking history,allergy history,major disease history,infectious history,gallstone lesion site and other related medical history between the two groups showed P >0.05,with no statistically significant difference.At the same time of intramuscular injection of 10 mg anisodamine hydrobromide,the VAS score,CRP concentration and symptom score before intervention were compared between the two groups of patients,all of which showed P >0.05,with no statistically significant difference.2 Comparative analysis of evaluation indexes after intervention2.1 VASVAS comparisons between the two groups before,1h,2h,24 h,48h and after intervention showed statistically significant differences in time effect,intergroup effect,and interaction effect(P<0.05).2.2 CRPThe difference of CRP concentration between the two groups before and after intervention and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.3Symptom integralThe difference of symptom scores between the two groups after intervention and before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the main clinical symptoms of right flank pain,bulbous fullness and emotional depression in the test group before and after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.01),while the scores of mainclinical symptoms in the control group before and after intervention were statistically significant except for belching nausea and dry mouth bitterness(P<0.05).2.4 Evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndromesAfter intervention,there were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Hot ironing of evodia evodia can effectively relieve the pain of patients with liver and qi stagnation cholelithiasis.2.Evodia rutaiche hot ironing is helpful to reduce CRP level in patients with liver stagnation cholelithiasis.3.Hot ironing of evodia rutaica can help improve the TCM symptoms of patients with liver stagnation and qi stagnation cholelithiasis. |
