Clinical Study Of Shugan Fossil Decoction In The Treatment Of Cholelithiasis(Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Shugan Fossil Decoction and ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of cholelithiasis?liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome?,and to provide evidence for Shugan Fossil Decoction in the treatment of cholelithiasis.Methods:A total of 99 patients,who were treated in the Department of hepatobiliary of Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January2017 to December 2018,with cholelithiasis of liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,were randomly divided into treatment group?50 cases?treated with Shugan Fossil Decoction twice a day,and control group?49 cases?treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule?10mg/kg?once a night.The course of treatment was 6 months.Comparing the two groups of patients in the size of gallstones,TCM clinical symptom score,liver function,blood lipid,total bile acid,Calciumion and other aspects of the curative effect difference,so as to clarify the clinical efficacy of Shugan Fossil Decoction in the treatment of gallstones.Results:?1?Imaging comparison:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.00%and that of the control group was 57.14%?P<0.05?;?2?The scores of clinical symptoms of TCM:After treatment,the scores of main and minor symptoms of the two groups were significantly reduced and the clinical symptoms were improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and that of the control group was 95.91%?P<0.05?.Right hypochondriac pain,chest tightness and gastrointestinal symptoms were improved significantly better than the control group;?3?Blood biochemistry:CHOL and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly lower,and there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?;HDL-C in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?;After treatment,VLDL in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group?P<0.05?.There was no significant change of transaminase in the two groups before and after treatment,but TBIL,GGT and ALP in the two groups were significantly lower than before?P<0.05?,and GGT in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group?P<0.05?.There were no significant changes in TBA and Ca²⁺before and after treatment in the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusions:?1?Shugan Fossil Decoction can significantly reduce the diameter of gallstones and promote stone discharge;?2?Shugan Fossil Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially right hypochondriac pain,chest tightness and gastrointestinal symptoms;?3?Shugan Fossil Decoction can significantly improve liver function and blood lipid,but has no significant effect on blood total bile acid and calciumions;?4?During treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the patients,indicating drug safety.
