| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the method combining Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli tang in the treatment of major depressive diorder of liver-gallbladder stagnation-heat type through clinical research.MethodsA total of 58 patients of MDD were randomly assigned into a treatment group(29 cases)and a control group(29 cases),The treatment group was given Addition and subtraction Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli tang(Bupleurum chinense 15 g,Scutellaria baicalensis 10 g,Pinellia ternata 9g,Ginger 6g,Longgu 30 g,Oyster 30 g,Guizhi 12 g,Poria Cocos 15 g,Rhubarb 6g,Licorice 6g)orally,twice a day,200 ml each time for 6 weeks;The control group was given paroxetine tablets(20mg/tablet)orally,one tablet a day for 6 weeks,Hamilton Depression score,TCM symptom Score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score and safety analysis were compared between the two groups after treatment.ResultAfter 6 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and that of the control group was 82.76%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The HAMD score,TCM symptom score and PSQI score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups found that the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).There were no adverse events in the treatment group and 2 in the control group during the treatment period.ConclusionAddition and subtraction Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli tang has significant effect on MDD of liver-gallbladder stagnation-heat type.It is superior to paroxetine in reducing HAMD score,TCM symptom score and PSQI score(P<0.05)and has good safety. |
