Quality Control Circle Training Method And Practice Research

Vocational schools aim to cultivate skilled application talents,discuss how to improve the training of skills competitions for nursing students in secondary vocational schools,and have important value in innovating new teaching models in secondary vocational schools,improving teaching quality in secondary vocational schools,and developing the nursing industry in China.In order to improve the performance of nursing students in our school in the skills competition,we will improve the management of skills competitions for nursing students in secondary vocational schools.This study established a quality control circle group composed of five subject experts from the Nursing Teaching and Research Section of our school,and discussed the application and effectiveness of quality control circle in the training of students'professional skills training in our school.First of all,aiming at the situation of the skills competition for students of nursing majors in our school,through quality control circle activities,the circle member brainstorming method analyzes the factors that affect the student' s performance,and formulate corresponding improvement measures for the real cause,through a period of time measures.The implementation of the final statistical analysis compares the results of the student's city,provincial,and national competitions before and after improvement of the quality management circle.As a result,it was found that through the quality control circle activity,the scores of the skills competition for the nursing students of our school have been greatly improved,and the consumption of training items and teaching time have been significantly reduced.After the quality control circle started,the instructor's work enthusiasm,communication and cooperation skills,degree of harmony,ability to solve problems,sense of responsibility,and team cohesion have all improved.After the quality control circle was launched,the appraisal of the students'satisfaction with the teachers was significantly improved.The quality control circle also established a standardized process for the management of nursing professional skills in our school.The quality control circle is of great significance in improving the efficiency of instructors,regulating the management of athletes' skills training,promoting the continuous improvement of the quality of education and management in our school,giving full play to the subjective initiative of teachers,and improving the teacher's team cohesion and ability to solve problems.It is worth improving and promoting.
