After entering the 21 st century,energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.This problem has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the economic development of various countries,and even seriously threatens the sustainable development of human society.Countries around the world have started a game on this issue and finally reached a consensus on low-carbon sustainable development.As the largest developing country,China has carried forward the style of a big country and took the initiative to shoulder the responsibility of low-carbon emission reduction.Manufacturing,which is the main body of environmental pollution and energy consumption,naturally becomes a pioneer in low-carbon emission reduction.Because manufacturing is closely related to the country and closely related to people's livelihood,in the critical period of economic transformation and the increasingly fierce international competition,how to upgrade China's manufacturing to China's creation,low-carbon innovation is its future development direction.However,low-carbon innovation is a complex,high-risk,long-cycle activity,and China's manufacturing industry's awareness of low-carbon innovation,innovative environment and innovation capabilities are still far behind the developed countries.What we need to solve now is how to achieve low-carbon innovation in a disadvantaged innovation environment and steadily promote a low-carbon sustainable development path.In response to this problem,on the basis of fully collating relevant research at home and abroad,we have combed the relevant research results of low carbon innovation,innovation network,low carbon innovation network and other concepts.Based on the reality of low carbon innovation development in China,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of low carbon innovation network,forms the dynamics and structure,and further identifies the main players and key influencing factors of low carbon innovation.The formation of low-carbon innovation in manufacturing is divided into two forms: one is the formation of a low-carbon innovation network based on the enterprise perspective,and the other is the formation of a low-carbon innovation network based on the perspective of industry-university research.In the related research on the formation of low-carbon innovation networks based on the enterprise perspective,the degree of government participation and spillover losses are the main targets.The research shows that the government has a promoting effect on the formation of low-carbon innovation networks.The impact of changes in spillover losses on the formation of low-carbon innovation networks is complex and does not show a single promotion or inhibition.In the research on the formation of low-carbon innovation network based on the perspective of industry-university research,government subsidies and investment from enterprises to academic institutions are taken as research objects.The research results show that government subsidies have a positive effect,and the investment of enterprises to academic institutions reflects that there is an optimal investment level to encourage enterprises and academic institutions to join the low-carbon innovation network to effectively promote the formation of low-carbon innovation networks.
