| Environmental issues is a major challenge in the process of human modernization.The beautiful environment is the important welfare of mankind and the construction of beautiful China is an important part of the Chinese dream.In recent years,our country has taken a series of measures for environmental protection while making great efforts to focus on economic development,and has made some positive progress.However,the complexity,urgency and long-term environmental issues have not changed.The problems of environmental pollution are numerous and complicated,the management process involves too many interests,and there are many reasons for the pollution situation.This paper is based on the macro background,through reading the previous literature,combined with the status quo of environmental pollution control,the application of evolutionary game theory,according to the division of different levels,to build the three evolutionary game model of interests in the environmental pollution control process,using the first method of Lyapunov to do a equilibrium stability analysis for the result of evolutionary game,and use the simulation experiments of matlab through data simulation test model’s accuracy and reliability.The research shows that the regulation of the central government depends on whether the local government is implemented or not,and the second is related to its own net income.The implementation of local governments or not in the game with the central government only depends on its net income,in the game with other local governments also depends on fines from the central government,and local government regulation are influenced by its net income,and the strategy choices of the enterprise and the public;the strategy choices of the enterprise and the public both depend on their own net income and the impact of local government regulation.Finally,according to the results of the study,the corresponding pertinent opinions are put forward. |
