Knowledge is constantly expanding as a result of economic development, and science and technology are also enjoying rising social standing. The ability of businesses to innovate has grown to be a crucial metric for determining the core competencies of businesses, industries, and even nations. As a result, all nations are now concerned with how to increase businesses’ capacity for technical innovation and transform technological advantages into economic competitive advantages. The form of technological innovation has changed as industrial globalization has progressed and the social division of labor has been refined.Enterprises gradually shift their R&D methods from internal independent R&D to internal and external collaborative R&D in order to control R&D risks and shorten the R&D cycle.Under the direction of national policies pertaining to intelligent production, the growth of consumer demand, and technological advancements, the scale of the Chinese robot market is exploding. However,at the same time as rapid development,China’s robot industry is confronted with a number of development issues, including intellectual property infringement. Therefore, how to promote industrial technology innovation while protecting intellectual property rights has significant research value for the long-term and rapid development of China’s robot industry.First, the influencing factors of industrial technology innovation were identified.Based on the knowledge mapping theory, the literature in the field of industrial technology innovation was analyzed by using Cite Space software, and the influencing factors such as collaborative innovation,government-industry-academia-research,willingness to cooperate, and benefit distribution were obtained, which provided the theoretical basis for the model construction.Secondly, this thesis constructed a game model for the evolution of technological innovation subjects in the robotics industry. The main contents included the following:(1)selecting enterprises, academic research, and government as game subjects, and setting parameters and put forward basic assumptions according to the influencing factors;(2)constructing a three-dimensional dynamic system of three parties according to the assumptions;(3)simulating and analyzing the three-party game model through Matlab simulation software.Through analysis,it was found that improving the initial willingness of the three parties to cooperate, increasing the excess return of collaborative innovation, determining the reasonable profit distribution coefficient, restraining intellectual property infringement, reducing the cost of collaborative innovation, improving the government’s efficiency when the government encourages innovation, reducing the cost of government supervision, and giving appropriate government subsidies and government fines had a positive impact on improving the performance of technological innovation. Finally,in view of the simulation results, corresponding suggestions were made at three levels: robotics enterprises,university-research,and government.
