With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization,the market competition is increasingly fierce in all industries,the enterprise need to constantly improve their operational efficiency,to re-examine the existing business processes,adopt operations management and supply chain management(OSCM)to design new business process,thereby enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise by eliminate unvalued steps.As a mineral processing enterprises,J company has adopted some new management tools and information management technology,but because of it cannot be well integrated with the existing business process,the whole process can't be smoothly processing,it makes information asymmetry between upper reaches and below reaches on supply chain,there are friction between departments,and even make errors and waste,which hinder the improvement of the efficiency,and brings challenges to the cost of enterprises.In this thesis,J company's export business has been chosen as the research object,firstly,it described the research background and significance,then introduced the background and export business situation of the J company,to explain the status and determine the core problems part of the J Company's export business process by the flow chart and process steps describe manner.In the core part,describe the improvement basis,principles and objectives for the process,adopt 5W1 H analysis method to analyze the problems existing in J Company's export business order procedure,produce coordination and cooperation,logistics transportation,information system and financial system.By using ECRS tools,the improvement proposal determined to optimize the existing export business process,and the advantages of the new process are introduced.Then the implementation process of the optimized process is evaluated,and the company controls the factors that may affect the improvement effect by analyze the environmental condition,then process the feasible implementation strategies and safeguard measures.Finally,the thesis makes a general review and summary of the main contents,and puts forward the prospects for the company to make full use of process improvement in order to gaincompetitive advantages for enterprises.The author thinks that this thesis has obvious effect on improving J Company's existing export process;it could shorten order delivery cycle and reducing operation cost,at the same time,it also provides some references for the company to optimize the overall process and process reengineering.The innovation of this thesis is that the study combines the new business environment,based on China's national conditions,based on the export business of mineral products processing enterprises,using business process reengineering and optimization theory to design and optimizes export business process of J Company,and makes the relevant implementation strategies.At the same time,with the implement of a series of environmental protection policies,it should be affect to mineral products processing enterprises,so we also consider of influencing factors include environmental affection.And this study has certain guiding significance for the other mineral product processing companies to process the export business because of the particularity of mineral products processing industry.
