With the rapid changes in the global economy and competition rules, the increasingly fierce pressures are faced by all the enterprises. In order to keep the enterprise everlasting, the only way in the course of business is to improve operation efficiency and economic benefits continuously. Now, more and more competition between enterprises is shown in the form of comprehensive business management capacity. Business process system is the fundamental platform for business management. Thus to improve operationation efficiency and economic benefits of the business processes becomes an eternal task.This essay is divided into6chapters. Chapter1introduces the background and implication, the subjects and methods, the basic idea, structure and contribution of this essay. Chapter2is the theory overview of Business Process Improvement, including the concepts, the evolution processes and the main methods of Business Process Improvement. Chapter3introduces the business process situation and problems of Li’ao Technology company, including the company profile. The main focus is to evaluate the business process situation by setting up a basic business process model, and analyse the problems from process structure, process areas and process nodes. Chapter4is the Business Process Improvement solution to Li’ao Technology company. The first step is to work out the goals and principles. The2nd step is to build the Business Process Improvement team and set the working schedules of each Business Process Improvement phase. The3rd step is firstly to seperate the company operation activities into3categories according to the company value chain:strategy development processes, core business processes, management and supporting processes, then under the company strategy to set up the main process structure, restructure and improve the business process system.Chapter5is the ensurance system for the Business Process Improvement execution plan of Li’ao Technology company:to define the responsible departments, their rights and obligations, to mak up the management program of the Business Process Improvement execution plan, to build the corresponding performance appraisal system and continuous improvement system. Chapter6is the conclusions and the issues to be further discussed.Main contribution of this essay:Firstly it gives a end-to-end Business Process Improvement solution based on strategy. Secondly it completes the basic management of the follow-up organization reconstructuring work. Thirdly it sets up a continuous improvement system of the business processes.
