In the current message rapidly changing market environment, China's traditional manufacturing enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness, is choosing a road to reform:a comprehensive information management. Through the assessment of new business processes and comparison of original and new processes, this article concludes that:new order receiving process, procurement process, the production process really improve the company operating conditions (the material loss rate decreased by38.37%in the new production process)In the end, the traditional functional organization structure will be transformed into process-based organizational forms and the company will establish a comprehensive enterprise pay evaluation for the implementation of new process.
