In the current message rapidly changing market environment, China's traditional manufacturing enterprises in order to improve their competitiveness, is choosing a road to reform:a comprehensive information management. However, business processes based on the theory of division of labor seriously hindered the implementation of the road of enterprise information.In order to coordinate the enterprise business processes with information systems, traditional enterprises must Implement Business Process Reengineering (BPR) on the basis of the existing business processes analysis and diagnosis.This article describes a traditional stainless steel tube manufacturers as the analysis of business process re-engineering. The company according to Strategic concept stage, start-up phase, Current Situation description and the analysis phase, business process design phase, Implementation of business processes and organizational structure redesign phase, follow-up evaluation and improvement of phase to complete business process re-engineering.With technology tools for business process the article find out the company's core business processes related order receiving process,the procurement process,the production process. According to the company business interviews, flow chart,Work flow diagram the next chapter describs current business process. Business processes are diagnosed with fishbone diagrams,quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis.New business processes are designed based on the improvement of original processes. Through the assessment of new business processes and comparison of original and new processes, this article concludes that:new order receiving process, procurement process, the production process really improve the company operating conditions (the material loss rate decreased by38.37%in the new production process)In the end, the traditional functional organization structure will be transformed into process-based organizational forms and the company will establish a comprehensive enterprise pay evaluation for the implementation of new process.
