The Application Of Business Process Optimization In JZS The Mechanical Manufacture Company

For Multi-varieties small batch production enterprises, manufacturing operations are very complex. How to change the way contract is signed and assessment, can not meet the required due date, the progress of the productions are unknown, the impact of the very urgent production and so on have become the problem for the development of mechanisms to be resolved. Under such circumstances, this paper try to use the business processes improvment method to improve the producing rate and cut down the produce cost.This article first explains the current situation of JZS The Mechanical Manufacture Company, identifying them by the existing problems. Then classified the process,described process,dignosised and improved the process. It include three aspects:①Reaserched on the mehod of process classfication ,and find a representative product on the basis of which the business processes involved.Then,discribed Business Process structure with process charts.②Build the five dimensions model for process diagnosis and used core process analysis matrix chose some core process. Then, the paper adopted the factor analysis table method to find the problem and influential factor of core process.③Acording to the objects of business process improvement to think about the way of improvement. The article used the normal process optimization steps, in accordance with the tenets of ECRS business process optimization and the ten principles of business process optimization.At last this paper designed the way of process implemention,that is,core process fist implemention and the full implementation of business process is then followed, which also involves of single order, complex orders and the implementation of the entire plant to process.
