Since Twenty-first Century,economic globalization,management ideology change,science and technology revolution make the enterprise be in the abnormal complex business environment,and facing such challenges the financial support that the enterprises need to obtain grows with each passing day,the financial reform is imperative.The financial shared mode that makes the dispersed and repeated financial accounting and accounting management of the embranchments standardize and flow,so as to reduce costs,create value,improve the quality of service.The construction of the Financial Sharing System is the only way to realize the financial sharing,through the system construction,make the financial transformation from the complex fuzzy concept become a clear and workable path.In this paper,I take the change of the business environment in the information age as the starting point of the introduction of the Financial Shared Mode and the related content,and use the method of case analysis,taking an enterprise as the main research object,this paper expounds the effect of the construction of Financial Sharing System to the improvement of management.First of all,I introduce the domestic and foreign research situation and the background,and illustrates the theoretical basis and the development trend of the financial sharing,illustrates the purpose?content?significance of the study;secondly,analyzes the problems of financial management mode of an enterprise,lists the necessity and feasibility analysis of constructing the Financial Sharing System;again,under the overall framework of the Financial Sharing System,describes the design idea,system operation mode,the software and hardware requirements in detail;finally,stresses the process?function?effect and schedule of constucting the Financial Sharing System of an enterprise,and points out the significance of constructing the Financial Sharing System to the company.This paper,starting from the practice analyzes and solves problems,has a certain degree guiding role to promote the construction of the Financial Sharing System of an enterprise,also has some inspiration for other enterprises that will implement financial shared mode,has strong operability and realistic significance.
