Under the trend of economic globalization,enterprises have begun to diversify and expand.More and more enterprises have established financial shared service centers,but the problems in their actual operation have become more and more prominent,and the actual business and operation of enterprises have been seriously derailed.The loss of personnel is serious,and the standardized system is not implemented in place.In recent years,digital information technologies represented by the Internet,big data,and artificial intelligence have accelerated innovation and are increasingly integrated into the entire process of economic and social development.These emerging technologies will also set off a new round of financial transformation.For the financial shared service center,how to use digital information technology to reengineer and upgrade the shared process to make finance more automated,intelligent and digital has become a problem that many large enterprises continue to discuss.Taking Sany Group as the research object,combined with the basic theory and practice research of financial shared services,this paper introduces the background of group process reengineering,and analyzes the group’s expense sharing process reengineering based on the specific implementation steps of process sorting and reengineering..Firstly,the status quo of the expense sharing process is introduced.Through the status quo diagnosis,it is found that there are various problems in the current expense sharing process.The operation of the bill of lading for expense reimbursement is complicated,the process approval process is long,the employee’s reimbursement experience is poor,and the financial audit cost is high.At the same time,the financial sharing center Serious loss of personnel,etc.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to use emerging digital information technologies such as intelligent auditing,machine learning,and OCR intelligent identification to reengineer and upgrade each process node.It is hoped that through process reengineering,the timeliness of reimbursement document approval will be improved,employee expense reimbursement satisfaction,and process automation.Improve the scale and efficiency of financial personnel.At the same time,when building a financial shared service center,enterprises should pay full attention to financial information systems,information security and organizational personnel,which are important safeguards for financial process reengineering.This paper analyzes the research on the reengineering of the cost sharing process of Sany Group,and expects to continue to improve the group’s economies of scale through process reengineering,promote the "strategy-business-shared service" threein-one financial management model,and at the same time promote the transformation of financial management to digital management.,and also expect to provide better learning and reference for other group companies in the implementation of financial sharing process construction and reengineering.
