| Food safety is an important topic which relate to people's livelihood,it can affect a country's economic development even social stability.However,frequent food safety events proposed strict challenge to our food safety supervision.Although our country gives high values to food safety issues,it also make improvement in legislation and system,but it is far to reach expected effect,weakness of traditional food safety supervision become more and more dominant.With rapid development of internet technology and proposal of “internet plus”,it provided new thought for our food safety supervision,feature and merit of internet is an important channel for solving issues of our food safety supervision currently,melting of internet technology and food safety supervision is a necessary trend of food safety supervision in the future.This article takes the Internet technology as the breakthrough point,make food safety supervision as study object,through method combination of literature research and field research,it discussed how to break weakness of food safety supervision by means of internet technology,realize sound and favorable development of food safety,at the same time it analyzed limitation of subsection supervision mode in current food safety supervision and backwardness of supervision thought which subject to post-mortem supervision and asymmetry among various main bodies information.And through the advanced experience of food safety internet supervision in developed countries,concluded important technical factors in internet supervision of food safety.It proposed to realize unified food safety supervision throughout the process by source system,utilize big data technology to strengthen rick management of food safety,make food safety risks move forward,meanwhile,it proposes to realize social governance of food safety through supplying effective food safety information.Improving level and performance of food safety supervision and guarantee out food safety. |
