Research On Food Safety Supervision Under The Background Of Big Data

Food safety is closely related to national security and people’s livelihoods.With the increasing public awareness of health,the public’s attention to food safety is also increasing.In the era of big data,with the rapid promotion of digital governance concepts,the application of big data in various government departments’ food safety supervision work is also increasing,and food safety supervision work also needs to face the challenges of the new era.Therefore,in practical regulatory work,it is necessary to further strengthen the informationization construction of food safety supervision,improve the level of food safety supervision through informationization methods,effectively ensure the "safety on the tongue" of the public,and provide strong guarantees for the harmonious development of society.This article combines the current background of the big data era,adopts literature analysis and case analysis methods,and has a multi-channel and multifaceted understanding of the current regulatory status of food safety in China.Based on the current situation of food safety supervision in Jiujiang District,Wuhu City,it is found that in the context of big data,food regulatory authorities face problems such as data silos,low informatization level of law enforcement teams,low social participation,and low data application.These problems hinder the integration of big data technology into food safety supervision work and the digital development of food safety supervision.Through research,it has been found that problems in system operation,data operation,and regulatory team construction have led to the emergence of these issues.Based on the current situation of food safety supervision in Jiujiang District and drawing on advanced experience from abroad and domestically,this article aims to establish and improve a food safety database,strengthen information disclosure,improve data sharing,strengthen the construction of food safety supervision teams,compact the main responsibility of food production and operation enterprises in the market,and utilize big data analysis technology,Five aspects,including improving the level of information and data utilization,have proposed strategies and suggestions for optimizing food safety supervision in Jiujiang District under the background of big data.We are looking for countermeasures and suggestions that are in line with the actual situation of Jiujiang District and can even be vigorously promoted to improve the level of grassroots food safety supervision.This will enable big data technology to be more effectively applied in daily food safety supervision,promote the effective implementation of higher-level policies,and enhance the government’s image,Reconstructing consumers’ confidence in China’s food safety supervision and food safety,while also providing a certain reference for the informationization construction of food safety supervision in other counties and districts,establishing a collaborative work mechanism,and providing assistance for achieving social governance.
