| Health is the eternal pursuit of mankind,and food safety is the basis of health.As a product of “Internet + traditional catering”,Internet take-out has the characteristics of numerous categories,affordable price,convenient distribution and personalized service,so it has won the favor of many consumer groups.In recent years,the domestic large-scale take-out platforms have expanded rapidly and acquired a large number of Internet take-out consumer groups,but the food safety problems of Internet take-out have also been exposed.At present,China’s supervision of the safety of Internet takeaway food is still in its initial stage,the government is the most important regulator in the supervision of the safety of Internet takeaway food and assumes major regulatory responsibilities.However,compared with traditional catering,online selling is more virtual and non-intuitive.At the same time,more process links are added,which makes the safety supervision of Internet takeaway food more difficult.Therefore,it is difficult to guarantee the efficiency and effect of supervision by relying only on the government;as a result,it is an irresistible trend for multi-subjects to participate in supervision.Based on this,this paper mainly uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and the comparative research method.Firstly,it sorts out the development process of China’s Internet take-out industry and the specific operation process of take-out,and analyzes the current status of Internet take-out supervision.Secondly,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the status quo of Internet take-away food safety supervision,and summarizes the current literature with relevant literature analysis.The main problems in the process of Internet take-away food safety supervision and analysis of the causes;Finally,a comparative analysis of the safety supervision practices of Internet take-away foods in developed countries provides a reference for optimizing the safety of Internet take-away foods in China.Based on the relevant literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the following problems in the process of Internet food safety supervision: There are limitations and lags in government supervision,inadequate implementation of supervision responsibility of third-party take-out platforms,single participation of consumers in supervision,insufficient participation of social organizations in supervision,and insufficient self-regulatory mechanisms in the industry.In view of the above problems,combined with the core idea of collaborative governance theory,this paper designs a corresponding Internet food safety supervision system,and proposes countermeasures to optimize the safety supervision of Internet take-away foods from inside and outside the Internet take-out market.This paper proposes to strengthen the power of multi-regulatory bodies,and use legal and information technology as a means to build a collaborative supervision network with government-led,platform-based,self-disciplined,and social organizations as the link to create seamless Internet food safety supervision.Mechanism to ensure the safety of take-away food.Finally,at the end of the paper,the follow-up study on the safety supervision of Internet take-away foods is further prospected. |
