With the rapid development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,tourism service industry has been positioned as the national strategic pillar industry.Tourism behavior has become the inevitable demand of tourism consumers.The change of life values has promoted people's cognition of tourism.The development of the mobile Internet has widened the channels for tourism consumers to buy all kinds of tourism products.Tourism consumption has gradually become an important expenditure of national consumption.According to the National Tourism consumption report of 2016,Chinese tourists spent 4.66 tillion yuan on tourism in 2016,with the rapid development of e-commerce and the mobile Internet.Travel spending is increasingly moving to the Internet and mobile phones.Travel bills on visitors' mobile phones are also becoming more spectacular,according to the travel report,citing data from Ariel Consulting.In 2016,the cost of online travel booking for tourists reached 602.6 billion yuan,an increase of 34%over the same period last year,while the transaction scale of the national travel agency was about 400 billion yuan.That is to say,the scale of people's bookings through online travel agencies has far exceeded that of traditional travel agency stores.It can be seen that "Internet tourism" has become an inevitable trend in the development of the tourism industry,and has also brought new opportunities to the tourism industry.How the traditional travel agencies such as KH travel agencies take advantage of this to transform their business models and create living space has become an urgent problem to be solved.With the "Internet plus" era,innovation of business model transformation of travel agency pushed in the teeth of the storm of market competition,the business model has become to create value in the market environment,an important carrier of profits.This paper describes the "O2O","business model”,"tourism industry chain,the supply chain" theory a variety of new business models,combined with the analysis of Internet plus situation of travel agency,according to Kang Hui travel agency's internal and external environment,aims to study how to rely on the Internet,the line combination of offline travel agency,to create a new suitable characteristics of its own business model,through scientific,orderly and feasible business model The organization and operation,as well as the business model innovation operation safeguard measure,realizes the Kang Hui travel agency's sustainable development and the sustainable profit demand.
