With the development of information communication technology,and the emergence of the internet business platform,China is gradually to the "Internet +" era in recent years.“Internet +” is a fusion of network information and traditional commercialization,and also is traditional enterprises through the Internet platform and network information technology to achieve their own interests in the strategic upgrade.Over the same period,with the continuous development of social economy,the level of consumption of our residents has been greatly improved,the tourism industry has also been rapid development,competition within the tourism industry intensified.Tourism enterprises in the face of complex and volatile external market environment,want to gain industry competitive advantage,to seize market share,they must rely on transforming and upgrading of their own development direction,organizational structure and system.“Internet+tourism” development model has become the inevitable choice for the development of modern tourism.In the development process of the “Internet+tourism” industry,the traditional tourism enterprises began to use network information technology and Internet platform to expand the market business.In the service application platform,through online booking,mobile transactions and attractions navigation modules,to provide visitors with efficient,high quality and personalized service.“Internet+tourism” industry development model not only make up the shortcomings for the traditional tourism industry services,which can not meet the existing needs,but also to promote the optimization of the tourism industry,tourism consumption upgrades and the transformation of tourism economic strategy.It is the new development of the new tourism industry format.Therefore,in the context of the “Internet +” era,to promote the development of transformation and the upgrading of tourism,to achieve the sustainable development of tourism path,which are the top priority of the development of modern society tourism.Given all this,this paper adopts literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis method,regards S travel agency as the research object,To explore the travel agency the problem of the strategic transformation,when the travel agency in the face of “Internet +” economic development situation.First of all,this paper expounds the theory of “Internet +”,the theory of enterprise strategy and the strategy of enterprise strategic transformation,which lays the theoretical foundation for the later research;Secondly,describes the basic development situation and environment of S travel agency,and uses SWTO matrix comprehensive analysis method to study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of S travel agency development;Moreover,explain the logical starting point of the strategic transformation of S travel agency,the realization mechanism and the choice of road;Finally,summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and prospects the future development of S travel agency.This paper regards S travel agency as the research object,based on the “Internet +” theory and strategic transformation theory,trying to combine the opportunity that the Internet technology develops brings S travel agencies and the challenges that faced by S travel agency's traditional strategy,studies the strategic transformation plan and its realization path of S travel agency at this stage,and puts forward some policy suggestions,but also for other domestic travel agency to provide reference of strategic change and transformation.This paper research has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.
