| With the continually growth of Chinese tourism market, the online travel service market is growing and there are more and more competitors coming out.The thesis analyzed five classic Chinese online travel services from the aspects of business chain, e-business application models and operation model. Through the comparison, hope we can understand the trend of online travel services in China so that we can offer some suggestions to new entrants.The thesis contains seven chapters. The first chapter raised the question and the main parts, from chapter two to chapter six, analyzed the five travel services through the three-dimensional model. Chapter two clarified the definition of e-business and the situation of Chinese online travel services. The third chapter introduced why to choose the three-dimensional model and the five travel services. Chapter four, five and six analyzed them from the three aspects of the three-dimensional model. The last chapter is the conclusion of the thesis and pointed out the missing points of the thesis. |
