With the development of information technology, business management bank makes the integration of more and more elements of modern science and technology, business management and performance management is an important part of their information which directly determines the degree of efficiency of bank management. From the performance appraisal of the information age as a starting point, highlighting the private bank employee performance appraisal mechanism, including a specific connotation, bank performance appraisal and comparison of the traditional sense of the information and how to build a bank employee performance appraisal system.By studying software development model, analyzing existing development and implementation of environmental technology, a comprehensive private banking performance appraisal system has been designed, at the same time introduces the system design and testing process, focusing on the key technology used, such as web development, database processing technology. Meanwhile, according to the business needs of private banks, some of its unique features have been developed, such as the summary results of agency tree maintenance module, subject netting parameter management module. In terms of security, in accordance with the needs of private banking clients and their own security mechanisms, added some safety aspects of the design, such as business rights management module.Through preliminary research and access to relevant information, and ultimately be achieved with this system considering B/S structure, and take PHP technology to complete part of the design, select the MYSQL database to WEB technology in PHP and MYSQL database techniques as technical support, eventually develop the performance appraisal system, and verify the quality and efficiency of this system through practical tests to ensure incentives for employees of the system provides an effective method for modern banking management. Compared with the traditional final proof of performance appraisal model, network performance appraisal system has a distinct advantage in fairness, operability, efficiency and so on.
