Design And Implementation Of Performance Appraisal System In Banking Industry

With the expansion action of the bank's market,performance appraisal faces the new situation,how to establish a performance driven operation and management in the banking area is a new challenge.The system can provide a way of paperless electronic office.It has the advantages of convenient and high security.Relying on technical means,it can process and analyze a large amount of information.Have a suitable system can improve the operation and management of banks,increase the enthusiasm of employees and promote the growth of performance.But the existing assessment system has been unable to meet the needs.So,it is necessary to establish a set of perfect performance appraisal system.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the project and the current situation of the performance appraisal of the banking industry,the topic designs and develops a performance appraisal system:First,expounding the research background and significance of the system.Investigation and study the development status of the bank performance evaluation at home and abroad.Second,the overall function and performance requirements are designed in detail.According to the use cases of the system role,the system function directory and the task list of different positions are implemented.Third,the module design and database design are analyzed.The detailed design is carried out from the performance inquiry module,custom report query module,performance analysis module,performance index configuration module,performance adjustment module,index manual input module and other key modules.The configuration and modification of index are successfully achieved in the system.For the data that can't be obtained,the index function is developed;Fourth,combined with the key technology of the three layer architecture,MVC framework,JAVA technology and DB2 database,the basic framework of the system is designed,and the preparation and testing of the code is completed.Finally,Combined with the test and operation results of the system,the research is summarized and prospected,and the data processing efficiency is found to be optimized and performance appraisal system in the banking industry.
