Research On The Optimization Of R&D Management Model Of C Company Based On IPD

The concepts of big data and cloud computing are booming nowadays.Whether they can be shaped depends largely on the computing power of data center servers.Therefore,in the server industry,Internet data center customers have become the focus of the market.C Company recognizes the importance of Internet data center customers and actively participates in the competition,but several problems occur in the development of new products,such as long product development cycle,higher cost and quality issues which make C company less competitive.The reason for these problems is that the existing R&D management model does not match the new business model.Therefore,company C seeks advanced model for optimization.In the context of new business model of the server industry,this thesis proposes the problems that C company has in new product development.Uses the questionnaire to analyze the causes of the problems and points out the problems in R&D management.Use theoretical research method to seek advanced R&D management model for C company,namely integrated product development model(IPD).By using the method of system analysis,the IPD model is used for optimization in the following aspects:(1)Positioning of product development strategy and planning of product platform and product line.(2)Optimize the organizational structure and establish product development team and technology development team.(3)Reorganize the new product development process and divide product development into five phases.(4)Adopt asynchronous development model and Common Building Blocks to reduce product development time and cost.(5)Optimize human resource management in the aspects of talent training,motivation and promotion.Finally,the effect of optimization is evaluated by interval analysis method.
