Research On Product Development Management Improvement Of LC Company Based On IPD

In 2018,the Sino-US trade war was fully upgraded.The US Department of Commerce began in May to ban US companies from selling parts,goods,software and technology to ZTE for seven years until March 13,2025.A stone has stirred up thousands of waves,and China's “lack of core” situation has once again become the focus of media attention,and Chinese chip companies have also been pushed to the forefront.LC company was born out of a chip design company of the Institute of Telecommunications Science and Technology.It has a strong brand culture,pays attention to technological innovation,and has a weak market awareness.The mechanism construction is deeply affected by the state-owned system.The product development model is relatively lagging behind.Long development cycle and high R&D costs.In the face of increasingly fierce and rapidly changing markets,LC companies must vigorously promote market-oriented transformation,change the part of the original concept that does not meet the requirements of market competition,and strengthen the concept and mechanism of enterprise operation.IPD(Integrated Product Development)is a market-oriented management system.This scientific,effective and proven management system can meet the needs of LC companies to shorten the research and development cycle and reduce product development costs.Profit growth and the goal of transforming the modern enterprise.This paper takes LC company's product development management improvement based on IPD mode as the research object.Through research activities,starting from the three levels of organization,process and supporting of IPD management system,we can understand the current status of LC product development,summarize the problems found in the research activities,and select key issues for root cause analysis.Finally,in combination with the idea of IPD,an improvement plan that complies with LC's product development management is developed and implemented.Among them,the organizational level mainly focuses on the organizational structure design,the impact of system design on the organization,the structural design of the cross-functional team(including team responsibilities,working mechanism,team talent management);The process aspect is mainly described in terms of structured process design,interface relationship between main process and support process,and project process design level;The supporting is mainly through performance management,project management(integrated management,schedule management,communication management),CBB management,skills and Training,IT support tools and other links to ensure the implementation of IPD management in the enterprise.It is hoped that through this IPD diagnostic activity,the company can enhance the understanding and understanding of IPD throughout the company,strengthen the company's management capabilities and level in product development,strengthen process control,strengthen the survival of the fittest,and better serve the market and customers.
