In the context of media integration,the construction of county-level financial media centers has risen to the national strategy as the "last mile of grassroots ideological public opinion".Since 2014,the central government has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen the construction of county-level financial media centers at various meetings.Under the guidance of relevant policies,the construction of county-level financial media centers has been in full swing in various districts and counties in China.At present,although various construction models have emerged across the country,such as the "Changxing Model","Xiangcheng model","Fenyi model","Pizhou model",etc.,but the construction of county-level financial media is still under exploration.Looking at the current research results of scholars,most of them are studying how to build county-level financial media centers from the perspective of communication.Few people analyze the deficiencies of county-level financial media centers from the perspective of user thinking.How does the reverse media attract users and serve them? This article will change the previous research ideas,starting from user thinking,using field research and in-depth interview research methods to explore the construction of the media center in Yumen City.As the first county-level financial media center in Gansu Province,Yumen Financial Media Center has attracted the attention and research of academia and industry for its model of "news + government affairs + application services".After passing the field survey,the author has a systematic understanding of the current status of the construction of the Yumen City Converged media center,and analyzes the problems encountered in its current development from the perspective of user thinking.At the same time,when investigating the communities around Yumen Radio and TV Station and the users of Yumen Civic Center,it was found that users' feedback on the construction of Converged Media Center is mainly concentrated on threeaspects:first,Users generally construct Converged Media Center the lack of understanding;second,the main media matrix of the financial media center "two micro-end" in the user rate is low;third,its pioneering convenience services have not been really used by users.In this regard,the author puts forward the following four development suggestions: First,the Converged media center must adhere to the user's thinking,on the one hand,it should do user research as a long-term work,and timely understand the needs and feedback of users at different stages.Only by producing the content and products that users really need,can the media attract users and retain them.On the other hand,we must pay attention to user feedback.Only by responding to the feedback and opinions made by users on the media media platform can we effectively improve it.Quality of service;Second,we must pay attention to localization in content production,and county-level media must give full play to the advantages of being local and close to the masses to increase the exploration of local cultural and tourism resources.Third,the development of convenient services must focus on user needs.As a major feature of the construction of the Yumen Converged Media Center,application services must be combined with user needs to maximize its role and prevent waste of resources.Fourth,to strengthen the training of all-media talents,it can be done through "introduction to the outside and internal training " Method to build a professional convergent media team to better meet user needs.Compared with the previous development suggestions made from the research of the communication end,the research results based on user thinking are more targeted and feasible.It is hoped that it will bring new research perspectives and development to the construction of Yumen and the county-level financial media centers nationwide Suggest.
