With the development of Internet and the rapid development of information technology,demands of people's life are closely connected with high-quality information content,and cyberspace has gradually become a brand new space for people to study,work,communicate and obtain public services.In August 2018,General secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of building the county-level convergence media centers on the National Conference of Propaganda and Ideological Work.Strong efforts should be made for the purpose of guiding and serving the masses better.In order to deeply study and implement the important spirit of comrade Xi Jinping's speech on the National Conference of Propaganda and Ideological Work and implement the requirement of building county-level convergence media,An upsurge of constructing the county-level convergence media has appeared within county-level administrative regions,and a number of the county-level convergence media centers with various characteristics have emerged.They have played a key role in consolidating the position of public opinion at the grass-roots level,serving the people and meeting people's urgent needs of a better life.The hotness of constructing county-level convergence media also drives the wave of academic research on the county-level convergencemedia centers.The construction of the centers has its special research significance and value.However,the current academic research on it mostly remains in the theoretical support,research paradigm,guidance path and other aspects,and there is little research on the effect of specific county-level convergence media centers' propagation.In order to comprehend deeply,on the current situation of building county-level convergence media centers and know the advantages and disadvantages of the propagation effect,this article selects the platform of Yumen's convergence media which develops successfully in the Western region--"love yumen" App as a case,investigates the practical propagation effect in an overall level through methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview,defines the concept of platform of county-level convergence media centers on the basis of investigation,summarizes Love Yumen's platform construction background,function and classification,and interprets how the app presents the propagation effect with the aid of transmission links of its building sketch,To explore the advantages and disadvantages of its propagation effect through questionnaire survey is of profound significance to guide the construction of county-level media centers in other regions of China.
