After more than 30 years of development,the concept of "media convergence" has been put forward,and different practical explorations and theoretical researches have been carried out in both academia and media industry at home and abroad.Nowadays,with the proposal and promotion of the construction concept of "county-level financial media center",the construction and development of county-level financial media center has become one of the hottest topics in the field of information communication in China.However,although it has become a consensus to promote the "media convergence" work,and even relevant practical exploration has been made on the construction of county-level financial media,there is still a lack of exploration on the inherent laws,elements and value added of media development in the specific process of promoting the construction.Based on the theory of value as the basic theoretical basis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the construction,development and innovation of county-level financial media center from four aspects.The first aspect,from the basic law of media development evolution--value increment,studies and analyzes the internal law of media development is to realize value increment.That is to say,each new generation of new media based on new technology adds value to the previous generation of old media,which not only contains the functions and values of the old media,but also recreates value in a new field.Moreover,this value added will occupy and divert the value of existing media.The second aspect,the research and analysis the present situation of the center of the county financial media in China and existing opportunities,the study found that the melting at the county level in our country media center,on the whole,in the initial period,the national media hub construction at the county level is roughly divided to four patterns,i.e.,cooperating with the central media media mode,and provincial media co-construction and sharing mode,a think-tank,alliance mode with the college and self-reliance in cross-border business model.This paper analyzes and summarizes that the county-level financial media center is in the superposition of five opportunity periods,namely,the period of policy support bonus,the period of transformation to improve quality and efficiency,the period of cross-border operation window,the period of local cooperative welfare and the period of technological innovation leading.The third aspect,from the perspective of value-added theory,studies and analyzes the growth factors of county-level financial media center.The study found that the four elements of growth,namely human resources,media natural resources,media capital and media technology,need the input of these four elements to realize the added value.The fourth aspect,from the realization value increment concrete path aspect,the research proposed four big Suggestions.Namely,reorganize the content structure for the masses,integrate into the capital market steadily,introduce and train talents to realize media appreciation,and stimulate endogenous power by relying on technology.
