Design And Implementation Of IDC Computer Room Automatic Monitoring System

The automatic monitoring system of IDC(Internet Data Center,Internet Data Center)is a system for automatically monitoring the running status of mechanical and electrical equipment(such as air conditioning units,fans,pumps,etc.)and the environmental parameters of buildings through computer control,network communication technology and automatic meters.IDC automatic monitoring system plays a very important role in energy saving for modern buildings.In recent years,IDC automatic monitoring system has been widely applied and developed rapidly in China.The automatic monitoring system of IDC Computer Room designed in this paper can monitor and control the computer room by combining hardware with software.The automatic monitoring system monitors the flow rate,temperature and pressure of the valves in the pipeline through the control of the main equipment(water-cooling unit,air-cooling unit),auxiliary equipment(EC Fan,water pump house)of the refrigerating station To achieve the IDC room equipment and temperature integrated monitoring and control.The design of the system is divided into five kinds of modules.Through sensors,the temperature and humidity parameters of the computer room environment are transmitted to the PC terminal to realize the user's monitoring of the computer room environment Control the working equipment,change the operating parameters of the equipment to ensure the constant temperature and humidity in the room.The system test results are good,the use of the system can achieve energy-saving and save labor costs.
