Grain is the economic foundation of every country's development,related to the livelihood of the national development plan,and it has risen to the status of special strategic reserve stocks,even can affect the country's security and social stability.The quantity,quality and safety of grain are closely related to the healthy development of the country's economy,so how to use scientific methods to store grain is a top priority.Our granary construction started late,equipment is relatively backward,so the loss of grain is relatively large.In addition to the backward storage of grain storage,the detection of granary temperature and humidity in China is relatively backward,it needs manual detection and comparison of single parameter detection,So many problems are appeared,for instance,amount of data is less and not real-time monitoring data.There were a variety of problems in the inspection process of the granary,so we try to improve the grain storage environment.We put forward a wireless network based on the integration of warm and humid grain monitoring system at the same time.This system is mainly use temperature and humidity sensors and grain moisture sensor to collect the temperature and humidity of the granary and the moisture of the grain.The data collector in the granary gets the sensor data through the M-BUS or RS-485 communication protocol and uploads the data to the data concentrator of the whole grain depot through the WiFi module.Then the data concentrator uploads data to the server via the GPRS module.The communication software is deployed on the server to monitor the data concentrator in real time,if data is transferred,the data will be saved to the database on the server and provides data support for the user to login the interface of the grain monitoring system.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research and describes the present situation and future development trend of the grain monitoring system at home and abroad;Secondly,it introduces the related technology of the grain monitoring system,the development language and the overall design of the hardware or software;then focuses on the data collector and temperature and humidity sensor design and implementation,Including GPRS module,WiFi module,M-BUS communication circuit,RS-485 communication circuit,Power supply circuit design for each module and software design for top-level support for hardware,and gives the relevant hardware circuit diagram,the relevant procedures of the flow chart,the key code and communication protocol;Finally it describes the three parts that are deployed to the server,communication between the host computer and the data concentrator,database design and grain monitoring system interface.The design of the wireless network based on the integration of temperature,humidity and moisture monitoring system can be obtioned temperature,humidity and grain moisture data through the sensor,and can login the interface of the grain monitoring system through the network.The system can able to view the latest collected data and query the historical data in any time period and obtain the temperature,humidity and moisture curve in the vertical direction.
