With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, on basis of a variety of buildings achieving the goal of intelligent control, the resulting problems of large energy consumption has cause widespread concern in the whole society, energy-saving control and energy consumption monitoring and management become an important research direction in today’s society.This system consists of energy consumption data collection, transmission, storage, all-day continuous real-time monitoring and data processing, statistical analysis, limit alarm, exception analysis and many other features, provides advanced technical support to facilitate the person in charge of energy to deal with the relevant circumstances timely with the fastest and effective means, ensure timely and effective energy regulatory work, so that can make sure energy-saving control and energy consumption monitoring truly realize automation, networking, all-day and real-time.The system has three modules, real-time data monitoring, analysis and display of historical data and system management. I am mainly responsible for most of the work of the system databases, including database design, deployment, maintenance, writing a stored procedure to complete data processing, using deploying operations to process data automatically in database to optimize data to meet real-time requirements of the user.Database design meets the relevant requirements of the relevant provisions of the state. In addition to the direct adoption of the four database tables(standard database), we also add two types of database tables including unit energy consumption management table and system development assisted table. As a result of large amount of data in the system and fast growth rate of some table records, data table partition can be maintained by month, quarter and year.We use standard T-SQL statement provided by Sql server2008to write stored procedure to complete the whole data processing procedure. In the process of data processing, we realize collected original data reading and relative format conversion; calibration, analysis,standardization as well as the final resolution statistics of energy consumption data; hourly, daily, monthly, yearly statistical summary function according to administrative and physical main line in data statistic collect; network analysis and alarm function. It can greatly improve the system efficiency of data processing that system execute stored procedure automatically by deploying database operation or trigger executing stored procedure at the request of each transaction. Meanwhile we provide a variety of methods to optimize data processing, such as the establishment of index, commonly used multi-table connection to create view and creating temporary tables to store temporary data.Our system based on the campus, if the test is passed, it can be extended to other large public buildings. Thus, it has a very far-reaching significance.In short, our energy-saving monitoring and energy consumption control and management system has comprehensive functions and can provide a variety of network energy saving control methods for schools, large public buildings, energy consumption enterprises, government agencies and other units. Thereby we can enhance the economic and energy saving benefits of the various units.
