In recent years,the subject of human resource management has achieved rapid development,but the research on human resource management in China started later.In the process of development,the labor market has been further established and improved,and more attention has been paid to the quality and efficiency of employees 'work.The human resources management system plays a more important role in the rational scheduling and utilization of human resources in the communications industry.Today,the human resources management system has also developed into a major focus of management systems.In the process of designing and developing the human resources management system,this paper strictly follows the software development process.Firstly,this paper makes a requirement analysis and modeling with UML.In the study of functional requirements,it is first determined that the main roles involved in the system are enterprise employees,enterprise decision makers,human resources department employees,and system senior managers,and analyzes their responsibilities for that.Then the functional requirements of the system administrator mainly include maintenance system,setting permissions and backup data.The functional requirements of the remaining roles mainly include file management,department management,training management,attendance management and salary management.In the process of studying non-functional requirements,we mainly consider the performance requirements and reliability requirements.In the system design stage,the system architecture and functional structure are first determined.The functional modules of the system can be divided into system management,department management,employee files,attendance,salary and training management.For each function module,detailed module design and corresponding database design are carried out.At the stage of system implementation,the MVC development model was selected,and Java Web technology and MySQL database technology were used to achieve the complete development of the system.At the beginning of the design of the system,the main target is relatively clear,that is,the communication industry enterprises,enterprises using the system,can reasonably allocate the company's human resources on the platform.At the same time,RBAC model is used to realize the system permission allocation.Its basic function is the role access control mechanism,and it can provide a relatively good interactive page.In the system test phase,a series of test cases are designed to verify the availability of the system to determine the human resources management software system written through the Java Web language,which has the required corresponding functions,feasibility,and practicality.In addition,an access control system is established with RBAC model,which is integrated with the software system and is more conducive to the safe operation of the system.Through many tests and experimental applications,the system developed and designed in this paper is relatively stable,friendly interface,simple operation,can meet the needs of human resources management in the communications industry,and promote the rapid development of the communications industry.
